James is the best! When we realized we may of had a pest problem and he came by on such short notice. He is very professional and eased all of our worries quickly as well as set up a plan to maintain monthly treatments at our house to be sure we wont have any more problems.

We had an emergency situation when bees from the beehive outside got into the house. James made himself available the same day just few hours after I called. He took care of the problem within an hour and followed up later. Overall great experience. Highly recommend!
James was fantastic to work with. He was the first to come out after calls to over 10 pest control companies!! He showed me the roof entry points that the rats were using to come into the attic, walls, etc. Because we are getting a new roof shortly, this might be the total problem solver. It was so honest of James to advise that we should wait until the roof is finished before he does any work. If we still need pest control -this is the company I am calling!
James was awesome. We've used their services twice and we haven't been disappointed. He came by and sprayed for crickets and trapped a gigantic rat in my attic!!! And he gave me extra traps for my backyard! A1 service!!
James is the best! He has helped us catch a rat and prevent rats from getting into any small holes in our home and he also has sprayed the exterior of our home to protect against insects -- spiders & roaches. He is always quick to respond, reasonably priced and unbelievably friendly. We highly recommend him!!
James has excellent customer service and is also a very nice man. He helped my wife and I with a complicated bed bug infestation, took time out of his evenings to meet us and make sure that everything was taken care of the right way. We highly recommend him.
