All services are subject to inspection and may vary based on the scope of infestation, property condition, and client preferences.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled via our website or by phone. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may result in a fee at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are discussed and confirmed prior to service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Cash
  • Electronic transfer (Zelle, Venmo, etc. when offered)

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver high-quality, effective pest control. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of service. We will evaluate the issue and may re-treat at no additional cost, subject to our discretion and the nature of the infestation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Informing us of pets, medical concerns, or allergies
  • Following pre- and post-service instructions (when provided)

Failure to comply may reduce treatment effectiveness and void guarantees.

7. Liability Limitations

We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and take every precaution in delivering our services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damages due to undisclosed conditions (e.g., structural issues, water leaks)
  • Damage caused by pests before treatment
  • Health effects due to pest activity or chemicals if proper instructions were not followed
